Briefly describe your problem or issue
I bought a Sigelie #20 on 8/29/2013. It was suppose to have a locking on/off switch but it didn't lock. The switch free spun and wouldn't lock in either position. I submitted a ticket on 9/8 #4796261 asking if they knew about this problem and what they planned to do about it. No response. I submitted another ticket on 9/11 #4977893 asking the same question. No response. I submitted a 3rd ticket on 9/14 asking the same question. No response. Their website info only gives a mailing address, no phone # or email. WHOIS listed a phone # so I called them but they were only EV's provider and told me that EV chose to hide their phone #.

Then I got a PM from an ECF member who saw my complaint in another thread and gave me a phone # that he has used but all I got was voicemail, 4 times. I didn't leave a message because I wasn't sure the number was for EV. I couldn't understand the greeting and it didn't sound like a professional website.

Now the mod is misfiring most of the time and is unusable. I only paid $30 for it so it isn't worth the trouble to go through my bank to file a dispute so this matter will probably never be resolved. All I can say is steer clear of this vendor. Their customer service sucks.

I finally received an email for my ticket that I submitted 20 days ago. They told me to send the mod back for a refund, store credit or exchange. I opted for refund. I was reluctant to send it back because I've heard of people doing this and never hearing from them again but since the mod isn't working as should I don't have much to lose. I dropped the package off at the post office today but because they were closed I wasn't able to get a delivery signature. I did get a tracking # using Stamps.com so I'll be watching that.
