Just went to your site and found it very easy to navigate thru. My lil ole opinion is that it needs some color Nothing wild and distracting but there's an awful lot of white there. Maybe just a different color background. I find color backgrounds more relaxing and it makes me wanna stay and browse longer without eye strain is all. Of course I am just an old monkey so what do I know right ?

On the "eGo Variable Volt/Watt APV V2" page there is a color dropdown with no entries, but ya can't order until you choose a color.

Hey Turtle! They're all sold out (but I have a couple coming in tomorrow, so we added one back to stock just in case). We're still trying to resolve a way to make it easy to order, yet make sure that as items go out of stock, that you have NO ability to order (no backorders). If given the no win situation of disappointment vs frustration, I think I'd rather have a customer a bit disappointed (and possibly use other vendor options) than frustrated, but obviously that can be frustrating as well.

I will figure that one out...Do you all think we should be allowing for backorders? I dunno I always get frustrated when something is backordered.

Thoughts?

Thats a good one! I had a few friends tell me the same thing, and theyre pretty young monkeys! I'm things go well, I'm going to look into having the site professionally done (I was a Financial guy by trade). I used to work at a software company, and when I show my old developer guys my site they shake their head. I say....oh well its not bad for a FINANCE guy. All of your comments are so important to the company.

I wanted it up there fast because I felt I could make things very easy...but like my face, it wont always be so easy on the eyes HAHAAAA JK

I prefer it to say...'Out of Stock'...instead of back ordering. You can never predict what will happen while you wait for supplies. If something went wrong and you weren't able to get the product back, at least you wouldn't have angry customers that way.

I would also like to see more quality components like Boge cartos and AW batteries. The Evic shouldn't be under "other kits" it should more likely be under your "Advanced Kits" section. Also your Vamo and Itaste APVs are under "E-cig-Batteries > Advanced Batteries" They should also be under the "Advanced Kits" section. I would also like to see some US e liquid, I myself, like a lot of people, prefer US liquid to Chinese.
Site is looking good though, best of luck with your new business and thanks for the contest.
P.S. on a side note, though a very nice prize, a month long contest is a loooooooong contest.

Your site is easy to navigate. My only critique would be: the fonts of the items listed on the left need to be a tad larger. Maybe a darker color. Some of us special folks need something shiny. Right now it is a dull greyish color. The size of the headings are fine. Congrats and I wish you success.

Thanks for the good luck wishes. Just got off the phone with a dev guy and we'll be making the background a bit more colorful with darker text...add a scrolling featured items page and some other thingys

Your website is well laid out and uncluttered as some have mentioned. I have to agree with AG51 though. There's too much white which is hard on the eyes. A very light colored background would make a big difference. Thanks for the contest and good luck with your new venture.

I agree with others, too. I think the site page needs to be larger (and wider) to fit the screen - and to me, the colors (grey) is too light. But the layout is very good. Good luck with your new business!

don't do the backorders but for popular things......or every item, put a plug in for an email addy and do you want to be notified when product is in stock. I like that option and use it on several vendors.

Great site, found some typos under the description for the e-pipe... In the first paragraph the word "lastest" should be "latest", In the fourth paragraph the word "insteadly" should be "instead", In the warranty paragraph at the bottom "accept" should be "except"... didn't read any other descriptions of products, but hope this helps a little...
