I just got one in today. It is similar to the Smok SID but shorter as it has no screen. The button is better. Magnetic of course. It's on the stiffer side to press and is not clicky but I don't mind as it feels more substantial. If you're thinking about getting one it'd be good if you're upgrading from an ego for more battery life as it takes an 18650 (at least mine does) and is affordable. I'll know more as I put it through its paces and let you all know. If you have any specific questions about it, shoot.

I got a magnetic Bolt and I am very impressed. It works and looks great. I got one since I prefer a side button over a bottom button, and the button itself works well and feels substantial. I also got it since it is one of the few painted metal mods, and I don't like to hold bare metal in my hands for a long time.

Additionally, the Bolt accommodates 3400 Orbtronic protected batteries, unlike any other mod I have seen, in addition to the regular capacity IMRs. I have 18350 and 18500 battery tubes on order, and hopefully those will also work out.

I was worried that there was not a way to lock out the device to prevent accidental firings, but there is. It is to unscrew the bottom cap a bit. Anything more than an 1/8 of a turn prevents it from firing on mine, so making a full turn or even half of one should be safe enough.

Update on my magnet bolt purchased only two weeks ago. It needs a new switch since I did not realize that it has but tiny wires attached to the low amp switch and can't handle sub-ohm (0.8ohm) builds since I think it is only rated for around 3 amps. I guess I was expecting it to have the same capabilities as a mechanical mod, but that's not the case at all. It is made for normally aspirated atomizers of around 1.5 ohms and higher.

I could do the switch mod where you replace the switch and wires to ones that can withstand higher amperage, but since the assembly is hot glued in, it looks like a pain to do. It is hard to find replacements for the switch, but there is currently a plain bolt switch section on sale at madvapes for $9, but only available in gun metal color, and I assume it fits.
