Yes there is no danger that PG/VG would be regulated, IMO - Nicotine however could become a problem. So if you need to stockpile, I'd stockpile a boatload of 100mg nic and freeze it.
That is now my plan. I've got 2 liters of 100mg on order now. I've got a little used freezer in my garage ready for it. I'll order more later but my wife would have a fit if I ordered more now.

Vapor Shots sells a liter for $130. Not bad if you consider how much juice you can get from it after diluting. A liter of PG for $15 and VG for $15 also. That's a lot of juice!

I'm lucky to have a freezer in my garage and its got very little in it. Just stuff we don't eat much and usually ends up in the trash anyway.
When you consider you would spend $160 on 10 30ml bottles at retail....it's dirt cheap!

I agree. Got 2 liters myself. Threw out the remains of an ice-cream cake left over from a birthday party 2 years ago, and it fit just fine!
I did re-pack it in glass bottles though (and put it on the bottom shelf, wrapped in plastic, to make sure it won't contaminate any food!)

I was a little apprehensive, living in So Cal with earthquakes, imagining the fridge falling over and spilled 100mg/ml nic on the floor and trying to get the dog out of the house in one piece....so mine is multiple bagged. I would have bubble wrapped it, but then there would be even less room.....!
I'm in Texas so the only time the ground moves is when I've had one too many drinks.
You could always pick up a small freezer dedicated just for your nic. They make small freezers about the size of a hotel fridge. Fairly reasonable cost too, and they sit so low falling over shouldn't be a problem.
You could also get a strap that you could screw one end into the top of the back of your present fridge and the other end into a stud in the wall. I used a similar method when my son was small. We had a tall dresser and he would pull out the drawers and climb it like a ladder, so I secured it to the wall.
