PG and VG expiration date?

I bought 1 liter of PG and 1 liter of VG from a pharmacy 2+ years ago, its pharmaceutical grade with all the papers etc.
I've quit vaping for 2 years, and on the bottle it says something (i think) akin to "expiration date", its july 2013.

theres like 4/5 of both bottles left, do I really have to bin this stuff? or its still "vapeable"?

If i had to bin so much of this, where would I have to dispose of it?

I would toss it. For future reference you can freeze VG an PG it will not become hard and damage containers. I keep my flavors in the fridge and some base and filler there also but the bulk of my stuff is in the freezer. Will greatly extend it's life.
