expiration?

what is the shelf life for 100%VG. i just got back into vaping. have a bottle of VG about a year old, tried a nice long drag and it tasted like crap. yet i have a couple other juices from halo same age that taste just fine. does PG have a better shelf life?

Most liquids I've had say they expire after one year.
