The two largest factors in juice life span are the nic level and the ingredients used in the flavoring - the latter of which is a huge variable.
PG in itself is a virucide and bactericide, so storing unrefrigerated shouldn't be an issue.
It's safe to simply refrigerate until you're ready to use, and avoid purchasing too much in advance. I usually keep no more than a few hundred ml's on hand, personally.

As I understand it, the general rule of thumb is that you can store most juices for about 18 months without issue; beyond that, the nicotine starts to degrade significantly. I don't know how freezing impacts this, though.

Ok, thanks for all the replies. Seems like the liquids I bought this spring should still be good then (even if they haven't been in the fridge).

A vendor I use (forget which one) specifically recommends NOT putting it in the fridge. The only thing I put in cold storage is the 100% nic. I keep mine in a box = cool dark place. Not COLD dark place like the fridge.

Can you please provide facts on:
1) store in refrigerator
2) nicotine degrades significantly beyond 18 months

This is exactly opposite of the studies I have seen, so am curious as to where you got your information. There are several people doing long term studies in various conditions, and the results I have read refute what you are saying. Please provide links to the ones where people are saying the opposite?
