Express shipping

Just a thought:

If you are making orders with InnoVapor and really in a hurry, remember that my retail prices are low and then I offer deep discounts with coupons.

These saving really add up!

If you absolutely want your product fast use our express mail option. Yes you do have to pay for it but think of the money you have saved and how nice it will be to know, for sure, that you package will arrive in 1-3 days from when you place your order.

Express mail is NOT, NOT, NOT Overnight, but is often a 24 hour service and is guarantied as a 2 day service max.

This is a shipping option at check out and I think a great option for people who really want the product FAST.

USPS transit time are completely out of my control unless the service has a guaranty. EXPRESS IS A GUARANTIED SERVICE, PRIORITY IS NOT.

Just an option I wanted people to know we have as an additional service to our customers.

drats. the day I could have gone for express I get my shipping info in mah e-mail lol. Oh and I e-mailed Millie to change some things in my order but it isn't showing on my order information online. Is this normal?

its very normal, i changed my order 2 times and the site still shows my original order that is still "processing" FYI.

Processing is just the way that your credit card pays us. NOTHING TO DO WITH HOW WE DEAL WITH ORDERS, WE SEE IT WE SHIP IT!

i was in no way complaining, just wanted to set that user straight. i got my conf# from both Millie and Mark and looking forward to my Kit in the mail on Mon. thanks!

Amen to that. Praying my order is shipped monday! I come home from vacation tomorrow so that would be an excellent coming home gift! I also went to place another order and didn't see the express shipping option...did I miss it somewhere?

i didnt see it either but i am sure that is something that warrants an email or phone call and i'm quite sure they will hook it up. i am thinking of putting in my second order but i think ill wait for my 1st kit to come in and do my own little review although i have nothing to compare it to but we will see. Yes this is normal. If you make changes after it is placed I email Mark and call him and let him know to change the order for you.

I wish I had seen this thread prior to my order, I ordered product on10/16/09, it went priority , usually even when I ordered in the past priority I would have my product in 3 days I can handle that..but this one tracking shows It was processed at Boise postal then into transit on 17th.. Today is the 25th , I hope it gets here soon, that's what I get for assuming. I wonder how long priority on the outside time length actually is in worse case scenario???

Hurray, my order finally got out of the black hole of the usps, and I got at least 3 tracking up date the day it was put in my mail box. Like they waited till delivery to tell me where it had been, they didn't mention the black hole though.

I think it takes too long (4 days) from time of order till it reaches the post office with this supplier.

I am glad to hear you got your order. Sometimes the USPS does not update their system in a timely manner. If you have any other questions please ask.

Also our shipping department is shipping orders usually in the first day they are received unless product is on back order. We state that at times of high orders it may take up to 72 hours, however this is not common.
