Hi I am from Sydney Australia and am currently awaiting a package that has been in transit for 10 days.
This is arriving via 'USPS Priority International Mail' ie. budget class. $13.95 (iirc). However this type of shipping does not include ANY sort of tracking and can be painfully slow.
What I am proposing is that you offer your overseas customers the USPS Express International Mail option. http://www.usps.com/prices/express-mail-international-prices.htm
I have just recently used the USPS Express International service to buy a Provari and it is absolutely fantastic (both device and postage method). Tracking actually WORKS and is updated frequently. On top of that, my package arrived in 5 days.
The current method (Priority Intl) only allows for 1/2 lb package (7 x 1oz bottles) for $13.95.
With Express Intl you can get about 15 x 1oz bottles shipped for around $30-33
Please consider adding the USPS Express Intl option for your loyal overseas customers.
