Philip Morris International and British American tobacco recently purchased sophisticated nicotine inhaler technologies and may be an indication that both companies are developing next generation nicotine delivery devices of their own.

The article dragged on and on about the controversy with ecigs, the way they are bing marketed etc., and how they may be good, but they may be bad. A lot of ho hum dribble so I did not bother posting a link to it...
