I think rather than posting publicly the name of the shop, I would send the owner of the shop an email with your concerns first. Maybe the guy you met is not the owner and the real owner needs to know how his employees are behaving and affecting potential customers.
If you don't get a reply in a reasonable amount of time, or you get a nasty reply, then by all means consider making the name of the store public.
I'm considering doing that. I did a little Google search on the place and found numerous negative reviews on the place. Shocker. Exact same complaints I had. Sounds like the word is already out.
