Oh this guy Nick at the B&M for reasons of his own decided he didn't like me, and antagonized me when I would come into the store, nasty remarks, rude treatment, and once when I went in to buy juice he insisted on making it for me, and gave me a bottle of juice from what they had thrown out, or something else nasty. It was very obviously not the juice I'd been getting. Later he had the cops called on him for assaulting the store manager, who was fired for calling the cops on him, because Nick was sleeping with the store owner. Needless to say, I never went back there.

Ummm... well I do use $300 mechs with authentic sub-ohm gennies on them

The thing nowadays is that if you aren't using a box mod with a radically built dripper on it you are personal non grata in the vape stores around here. A tube mech with a genny on it gets you scorn and contempt.

Lol. $300 mech mods with anything on them are cool. I just never got into unregulated. I think most set ups I see are cool if the person using them likes it and is proud of it.

Nice set ups! I have 2 Poldiacs, as well as a couple DIDs and Krakens. I was a confirmed ss mesh genny user for a long while, before getting into drippers, and eventually Reos and bottom feeders. I really should get a couple of my tube mods and gennies out, one day, for fun.

A few days ago was my birthday and seeing the other half usually grabs the mail before I do it is safer to purchase local.

So with a desire for a new "cubiod" I set out and visited a few shops. The last one had VTC mini's in FireEngine RED.

1x - VTC mini (red)
1x - TSV4-mini
1x - 30ml Cloud9 flavor
1x - 30ml Cloud9 flavor #2

Total: $205.00

Yes, it all was horribly over priced but it was my birthday and I could afford it.

Obviously I still do from time to time. I just have to ignore the prices. After all, how can one put a price on "instant gratification"?

Any shop in Chicago will be closed shortly due to the $28.50 per 30ml taxes. Any shop in Cook county will most likely be closing soon after since their taxes will be $12 for 30ml. That being said, I'm not a fan of vape B&M's. Never have been. Haven't found them particularly useful, certainly not useful enough to justify the pricing.

Being unemployed (disabled) and destitute for over a year is tough, too. I understand your sentiments. I'm fortunate that my brother took me in.

I've been using up all of the e-liquids that I've accumulated over the last three years and can't really afford to buy more, some that I didn't particularly like in the first place.

I wish it was that way here. Another one of the shops makes their own juice and sells it for $27 for a 30ml bottle! The owner himself told me they make it themselves but I bet it's made, bottled and labeled by a company for them and that's how much they have to charge to make a profit.

I got some Christmas money and spent $20 on two 30ml bottles of discounted e-liquid at my new local (10 miles away) vape shop just an hour ago. It was my last 20 bucks.

I'm sorry about your situation. I'm on a tight budget and am now diying and it is so much cheaper and I really like it.
