Okay. Actually, I was looking for a simple white cake that I can stock up on.

Also thinking on a cherry cake with cream cheese icing. Seems a simple cake flavor can go a lot of directions.

I found this while looking for a base/stone for cake recipes. I've made a couple of recipes with it that were pretty good. YMMV...
