Lots of us long time V4L people here are getting to feel like 'chopped liver' cus we all are not FB fans. Does it have to be that way? Do all of us that don't do the FB or Twitter thang get left out of sales?
It would be great to hear from one of you guys cus it's just been silence to a lot of concerns about this. I know I have you on my FB page but I try not to get on that site too often and am thinking about deactivating my account again.
Hope you let us, your loyal customers that don't do social media, know that we are still valued as customers.

one thing FB and twitter doesn't get is the links to the family sales (yeah I know there hasn't been many in a long while) nor do they get the Games/Contests that V4L and Snow put on...

So I guess in retrospect yeah they got a cool sale for 3 hours but we seem to get a lot of other fun games and shenadigans... With that said I'm hardly on here anymore nor the other board so it is nice that I can stay current with FBook and the sudden onslaught of vaping groups

There is a big cyber world out there. I happen to be on the v4l forum, here, and Facebook. They have over 2400 likes on Facebook and hundreds post to the Facebook page. The v4l Facebook tends to get lots of newbies with lots of newbie questions. Also lots of people that find v4l on facebook have never ordered and are asking product questions. In fact I have privately pointed many of these newbies to ecf and the V4l forums for more specific help.

Maybe the 3hr sale was a test to see how much revenue impact FB has compared to the forums. Also, they probably have a lot of faithful customers on FB who, if asked, might say the same things about the forums (e.g. 'rarely go there, thinking of deactivating my account'). Many folks find these forums overwhelming or intimidating.

Hey everyone!

We LOVE our ECF family! You guys have been with the company the longest because Vapor4Life was built around it. We rely on you all here for your honest opinions, thoughts, concerns, etc. We understand that some people are strictly on here, some people use both ECF and Vapor4Life's forum, some people are only on Facebook or Twitter, or Google+. There are a million different social media platforms out there and we want to reach everyone, no matter where they are. Steve highly respects the ECF and all the fans that have made Vapor4Life what it is today. He often talks about the threads going on here, and values what you all have to say. We don't want anyone to feel like chopped liver! Vapor4Life will always love its ECF family!

I hope everyone has a great day!

Facebook seems to be way more "public" than we are here. People "run" there to air out cs issues a lot. Thanks to Audrey and V4L CS those always turn into a win for V4L. Lots of the newbies see there that if they have a issue the problems get answered and fixed ASAP. Same with the newbie technical issues about the things we all get tired of answering. My battery won't fire. My carts don't work.. How do I know when a cart is dead... Facebook really helps those kind of folks.

FYI, Here is a new FB Sale posted one hour ago: They are really marketing the FB crowd, simply a new reality. As long as some of us keep an eye on FB and post the sale info here somewhere, we can still take advantage. I will try when able, if enough other people agree to help, it will be better than getting no sale offers. Should we have a dedicated thread? I defer to you regulars on the subject, thanks.
