Just for accuracy - where does the nicotine come from?
Would have to research that as mine comes from a bottle clearly labeled NOBACCO hahaha but seriously there is nicotine in other prducts besides pleasure distribution devices i.e alot of outdoor herbicides use nicotine and no one is making my weeds die 25 feet from a doorway!

Oh I know... NJ has a similar law that you have to be a certain amount of feet away from a doorway to "smoke". I do think that originally it was 25 feet but I do think the # of feet was reduced but I am not completely certain.

Still trying to find the article to post... This particular article about the law would actually make it seem that it would be illegal to breathe. So glad I am moving from this state!!!

lol... I can't remember the exact wording that was used with the NJ law that was passed which included "vaping". It was absolutely ridiculous. I will try to go back and find it, then try to figure out how to link/post it here.

Just a suggestion. Many new folks fall into this V4L vendor forum and never get back out. There are lots of places to get answers and people need to roam around a bit. In the case of how laws affect us, there is the Law forum:

Law and the E-Cigarette - E-Cigarette Forum

I recall New Jersey getting some threads up there and the state laws in question allowed for authorities to treat vapers the same as smokers with reagards to using e-cigs in public places or something. Smoke inside...get a fine. Vape inside...get the same fine. But the federal laws regarding state taxing internet tobacco sales and shipping tobacco products via US mail are a different matter.

Best to go up there and ask to get a better picture of NJ vaping.

Oh I know... It's actually two totally separate topics (even off topic of what the thread was really about) lol ... The mailing of tobacco products and also the NJ Law against vaping in public places.... but you know these threads always seem to go off topic...

Well, the "nobacco tree" is pretty rare, IIRC. So it gets extracted from tobacco leaves.
