We all know how bad the factory primer tastes, and how hard it is to get that nasty taste out even after blowing out the fluid and repriming with e-juice. Why is this disgusting stuff used as primer? Couldn't they ship the atties in pg or a pg/distilled water mix or something that has no horrid taste?

I'm so sick of the factory primer taste that I'd be willing to pay a bit more per atty if there was a company selling 510 atties not tainted with factory primer.

So, any suggestions on how to get the taste out? Currently I use compressed air to blow out the fluid, then wipe the inside of the atty with a paper towel and then heavily re-prime with a strong tasting fluid, and it still takes hours of that disgusting primer taste before I'm getting pure e-juice vape. Any other suggestions are welcome, as I'll also try them for getting the mouthwash taste out of cleaned atties (using Crest Pro Health mouthwash for heavy duty cleaning [when blowing won't suffice] and it works great except for the aftertaste).

Innovapor shipped their atomizers to me with Ecopure as the primer.
Not sure why others don't do that.

No matter what anyone says, I am going to suggest the following...

Diet Coke bath using one can for a few hours.
Use fresh Diet Coke every now and then if you are motivated enough.

Then soak in water overnight.

Then dry for a few days.
Or put in the oven for 15 minutes at 120 degrees if in a hurry.

I do this with my atomizers every single week, and haven't lost one yet.
PM me if you try it and have problems.

The only problem I can foresee is not letting it dry enough.
That often fools people into thinking they killed an atomizer.
