Fairly new to e-cig, any advise?

Hi there,
new to this forum and e-cigs. I've been using them for about two months and haven't smoked and regular cigarettes since. I bought what I thought was an eGo 650 but come to find it was a fake and now it won't hold a charge. Anybody else have a similar experience? Also to replace this fake I bought an eGo-CTwist and so far I love it! It just went dead and now it's charging. Anyone how long it's supposed to charge for?

Sorry I can't really help with your question. I have only ever used my Vamo. But just wanted to congratulate you on giving up the analogs.

Welcome to the forum! I would say about 2 hours or so. I have 2 ego's sitting in front of me and 3 more on order so i never have to worry about running out.

Welcome to the forum. I agree with screwu2man about 2 - 3 hours on the usb charger for the egos. You might want to get some more like he suggested or get a passthrough device.

Welcome and CONGRATULATIONS! You need to get a backup. Also, while you are waiting for your backup to arrive, you may want to get a disposable to vape on if you get cravings...

After you get your backup, you will want to purchase ANOTHER backup, just in case your other backup fails!

I concur.. never hurts to have at least two if not more... Carging the battery should take two or three hours. Nice to hear your off the analogs- never look back, man

eGo 650? Usually about an hour and a half to two. Definitely get a backup, id recommend a eGo Passthrough. Works great while the others are charging, even if its dead just plug it in and vape away. Congrats on making the switch, and welcome to ECF.

Since your battery capacity is 650 mAh and your charger output should be 420mAh, about 1 1/2 hours.

However, it's not a good idea to let a Li-Ion battery discharge completely. Topping off is better than fully charging and discharging. And you really need a backup. You won't get far on one battery!
