Hi all,

So here I am with my first e-cig, the Super Black Mini from Electronic Cigarette Company. Now how the bloody hell do I fit one of the poxy cartridges to the cig? Each cartridge has a black mouthpiece with a rubber insert. The rubber insert is threaded and wider at the top and sits in the mouthpiece. Now I can't see anything to pull off and I've tried reading the manual, useless, viewed videos (my cartridge didn't do anything like theirs), and I'm getting seriously vexed with it. I thought that maybe I needed to chop of the wider bit but like hell am I going to walk around with a pair of bloody scissors when I want to add a new cartridge.

Please help 8-o

Yep. Take the rubber cover off and place the whole mouthpiece/cartridge (black) over the atomizer casing (metal). You just place it over the atomizer cylinder. It doesn't screw on. The atomizer does screw into the battery of course. And they suggest tightening it then backing off a tad.

The rubber insert is probably just a plug to keep the juice fresh and from evaporating. If it's anything like the mini fogger carts that I have, you should just be able to pull it out and then slip the cart over your atomizer then primer puff and off you go :)

Just the ticket. LOL, how damn stupid do I feel ? Working like a treat now :thumb:

Good job at ordering the 510, it's great! I feel bad for anyone who orders other models that claim to be the E-cig and lack the potential of the current best. 510 or mods, are pretty much the best, and 901 manuel ( for taste reasons ) from what I gather, don't settle for less.

There ought to be a "sticky" on this site with two categories: "frustrating, always some issue PV's" and "PV's that work well most of the time". The first entry in the frustrating PV's would be the super mini, 4081, 084, Blu etc. But we continue to advise the user that they just aren't doing it right and that is the only problem with these PV's.
