It's not uncommon for them to aquire a few units of whatever it is they want to copy and then start the reproduction process. Happens all the time.

They copy high end remote control helicopters except theirs are usually crap.
By the time the buyer figures out what they have it cost more to ship it back and deal with it than it does to just throw in the trash.

America has done and is doing this to itself.
We want it right now and as cheap as we can get it.
We'll buy from overseas copy firms and then bit** about the quality, economy and job markets.

Drive through some of the steel towns in the US. They're practically ghost towns of rot and decay. Instead of doing something to break the cycle we complain about the prices of steel made products by US companies. Then we buy foreign.

I'm just glad that I'm old enough so that I'll probably be dead before this country falls apart completely.
We're ruining our own paradise that so many people have fought and died to provide.

Shame, Shame, Shame......

Sorry Majestic but that video only explains what is going on now. Now how we got to this point. We did it to ourselves with greed with the help of Unions. Unions were fine in their time and greatly needed. But they outgrew themselves. People getting/demanding paid higher and higher wages which in turn led to higher and higher end costs of products and services. I mean where else but in the US can a person get paid highly for screwing in a light bulb? A very bad merry go round ride was started. It spiraled out of control. Businesses had no choice but to outsource in order to stay in business. Greed greed greed put us in this current spot.
