Generally, if an order comes in by 2:00pm Eastern Standard Time, it will go out the same day. I say generally because we will package and label orders right until the moment the mailman is standing at our door for the afternoon pickup, so sometimes orders will go out that some in even later than 2:00pm. Heck, I've had Kevin engage the mailman in small talk while I'm sealing and packaging a late order just to make sure it goes out. Serously, we do all we can to make sure an order goes out as soon as possible.

Yea, you guys are friggin awesome on shipping. I have had 3 orders all arive to OKC within 2 business days!

BTW, you need to do a referral program. I have thrown a few new customers your way this week!

LOL I hate referral programs. I recommend because I LOVE IT. Do not want anyone thinking- I am recommending something because of a kickback.

Nah, no need for referrals or kickbacks......Taras' prices are so competitive, we should be greatful he doesn't raise them. The free shipping after $13.99 in merchandise did it for me....can't beat that. I hate to pay shipping and if it takes a day or so more, I could care less. I like it they don't hassle you when something isn't right. They take care of it with a smile. I had two 510 Joye attys that broke down within a week of receiving them. Now what are the odds of two of them being bad? I know that it is not the suppliers fault...they were genuine Joye attys and that's who is to blame....Kevin and Annette never questioned me....they replaced them. I like to trust the supplier I am dealing with, and I like them to trust me also. And that trust showed on both sides. EA is a good supplier who stands behind the product he sells.
