Fast tech refund

I recently ordered a mod from fast tech that was faulty right out of the box. Am I able to get a full money refund if I send it back?

There is a Fasttech Supplier forum here; once your post count gets past 5 you should be able to post there.
Did you open a ticket on the fasttech site?

Yeah, I would open a CS ticket or email them asap and tell them you got something doa.

Yes, but submit support ticket with photo right away -- it's a fairly short window. They have a FL address for returns but process is still pretty slow.

Yes, you can get your money back in full. FastTech has pretty good return policies:
Return for refund within: 45 days
Return for replacement within: 6 months

And you don't have to return it to China; they have a US location that handles returns.

For lost shipments, FT can take quite a while to refund your money.

For defective stuff they're actually pretty good.

I see they are in no rush to process refunds I don't think I will ever risk a FastTech order.

going on two months waiting for my order to get here
my first order was two weeks lol but im in no rush to get my gear
i just like new toys and witha family and bills FT is cheap

I'm not sure you read that correctly.

You can return an item for a refund up to 45 days after you receive it.
You can return an item for replacement up to 6 months after you receive it.

The 45 days/6 months is how long YOU have before you decide to send it back, not how long it takes them to process it!

You can get a refund as a gift certificate fairly easily. I ordered some 30s clones that were faulty. I opened a ticket and asked for a RMA. Got it and was given a US address to ship to. Uploaded a picture of my receipt for mailing and was credited for the cost of postage and the price of the padded envelope I sent the 30s in. In about 2 weeks I got a notice thru their site and a gift certificate for the full purchase price. Hope it works out this well for you.
