Briefly describe your problem or issueThese guys are really doing bad customer service lately, i put a ticket in and asked if their new batch of nemisis mods were ok and they never responded, So i ordered all my stuff (besideds the nemy and batts) and because 1 drip tip is "restocking" i have to wait til ???? to get my stuff when are they going to ship it i ask my self. I begged them to please ship everything but the drip tips and just send the other stuff like my kick and tank but yet again they ignore me. At this rate i fear i'm going to end up like all the people i read on their forums not getting their stuff for 2 months! I was smart though to ask about the nemi because i bought it from ebay for same price n it will be here in 2 days(yay) I should have bought all my stuff of ebay (stupid i know but fastech used to be a good company) what can i say, fastech has one less client now =(
