They screwed me, for my birthday that was on May 23rd, on the 20th I ordered two Hana DNA20 mods, took the ugly green ones cause it said they shipped the next day, ok I paid for my order and they said I would get a e-mail when shipped, never happened waited three days, then told sorry, their mistake and would have to wait two weeks for shipment, waited the two weeks again no e-mail no nothing, then I check my order it been re-stocked, they told me another two weeks and then they admitted there shipping takes over a month and a half, Screw them and that noise, I cancelled Christmas, it took me another four e-mails to finally get my refund, so I went too #####Vapes and bought two Cloupor DNA30 mods, there in stock, and no waiting, only for processing and two day shipping, and it was bought and sold and shipped in America so Screw fasttech and the horse there eating. never again will I deal with a-holes, they don't understand I'm not waiting for there bs of changing the in stock to wait two weeks then change it again to re-stocking, and tell me the manufactory is behind on there orders, not my problem, don't sell orders for products you do not have in stock and expect people to wait, then screw them over twice, ,screw that there is places to buy here in America, and no waiting

My old rule of thumb: The speed of any order from halfasttech is directly linked to my eagerness to receive it. Drip tips in 8 days. Kayfuns in 2 months.

My new rule of thumb: Stuff I really want will be on sale in the usa and delivered before an order from halfasttech will get here and I'll actually know what I am getting.

Fasttech are great and have good guarantees. You have to remember that it's all a balance between patience and price when you buy from them. The better the deal, the longer you wait imho.

I ordered one time from them this time last year. My (vamo v3) was out of stock and they took 3.5 weeks or so till it was in my hands. The batteries and charger took much less time though. If you order from them you need to just forget about it, even though it's tough to do. Glad you got your stuff.

I completely agree with you. I can't stand their 'service'. I have no problem understanding it takes time to ship from china to america. Its a lot of water, I get it. BUT the quality is crap and the descriptions are very deceptive. Like an evod tank that has a chimney to small to fit evod attys etc... I would rather pay 55 for a kf clone at my local B&M and have it today than pay 17-20 for what ever mystery item finds its way into my package from them a month from now. Oh and their packaging is a joke.

Normally I do my homework before purchasing, but it was my birthday and figured what the hell, people here seem to buy a lot from them. So I didn't think anything of it and ordered, then when the four days passed and nothing I started reading other people experiences with ####tech and realized I got screwed so to be fair I waited the two weeks and then got screwed a second time, then realized I'd be screwed a third with the slow ### shipping, enough was enough and I bailed, see yeah then started looking for DNA20 clones and found a good deal, so I continued to look but a good deal is a good and pulled the trigger, went from Hana DNA20 mod clones to Cloupor DNA30 mod clones, a little more expensive than ####tech, but there in Southern CA, I'm in Northern Nevada and got 2 day shipping not two day express so three or four days is sweet instead of two months from ####tech, and there newest DNA30 clone chipsets so I scored. The only reason I bought the DNA20 clones was cause they were selling out fast, and the DNA30 were sold out or pre-order, I got what I could get at good price but I got screwed instead, but I'm smarter than your average bear, I bought two Authentic Evolve DNA30 chips cheap before the rush and release of the DNA30 clones,

cause I do my homework, before I pull the trigger and some times baby, it a killing spree and I'm locked and loaded and ready for bear, come get some !!!! I'm going to switch out the clone chips and switch in the real chips, and I have done my home work and have slowly bought enough parts to build the DNA30 clones in Altoid tins or some sort case, still looking, I bought led display holders, tactical buttons for the up and down, fire buttons, sealed 22mm 510 connectors bases like a mechanical mod has, battery holders, and 1amp charger chips, to cut the charging time in half, 5 different colors of 20 gauge wire, soldering iron, soldering sucker, shrink tubing, still need heat tape and epoxy, was thinking of using one Sony 18650 VTC5's, like I'm going to use in the Cloupor mods, and maybe go stealth with one battery and a tin or get Hammond 1590B case and go double battery for longer run times. yep going to make one of each a stealth and party time one.

Yeah Baby!!!!, I got my Cloupor DNA30's today and the Kayfuns look sweet on there, ordered them then waited for processing and then two day shipping. got here today so Yeah Baby !!!!, #### ####Tech in there neck, I'd still be waiting for DNA20's
