Ok, I'm not so happy with them right now. I ordered an SVD. After 3 days it hasn't shipped - so I opened a ticket. Response from fasttech - it will ship when they get it back in stock before 16 June. And that mine is a rare case. That is rubbish - people were ordering SVDs the same day as me and have been ordering them after me. So if they are out of stock then that will affect everyone who is waiting for them.
If something is out of stock they should say so, not keep talking orders for it.
I'm annoyed because it really is not upfront to do what they've done - and I only found out because I opened a ticket. I've let them know how I feel about it.
Posting this here because others may find a delay with SVDs too.

If you look where the price and drop down menu for other options is the "Stock" line says "Ships in 5 business days" for the SVD. Not sure how peeps miss this on FT site, guessing it's the excitement of ordering. Hope this helps :)

Yes, I've seen that. I didn't miss it at all. But that is different to not even having them in stock - in which case they are really taking pre-orders and should give a proper date for when they will be in stock. And 16 June, which is the date they gave me today, is past 5 business days from when I ordered.
Just want to add their CS told me today they ship 1-2 days from when they receive orders.
I've been ordering from vendors for over a year and this is the first time I've been unhappy enough with one to publicly say so. They really need to be upfront - if its out of stock they should say so.
I'm not saying they are all bad - they seem to have a lot going for them - the prices most of all. They should just be more upfront about their stock, or the lack of.

This is what they always do, when they run out of stock, rather than not getting you what you want they re order and 5 days is normal for them to get new stock in ;) When you place your order check the status of the stock it is displayed on items.

Yves - I do check. And the SVD showed as in stock. It didn't say "0" or "out of stock". They are the only vendor I know of that takes orders and money for out of stock items without saying so. They really need to be clearer and more up front.

I just spent some funds on diy.. think I will make my own for a bit.. no juice from fasttech.. if I was going to buy from anyone.. mbv would be first choice, and my emergency one is the vapor room.. no website, but they are maybe 15 min from my house.. :)

Don't say that till you've tried it. Dekang is hit or miss from what i've seen., Liqua is genuine and has great reviews on yt and beyond.

There laungage skills are not the best, It may have shown as in stock but other orders are ahead of yours, I don't mind waiting for stock at these prices.

I ordered and iTaste MVP showing in stock, 5 days later the e mailed me to say they had been sent the wrong product and there would be a delay of 5 days. They sent the rest of my order at that time. 5 days later they e mailed me to say they had again been sent the wrong stock would I wait or did I want a refund, I waited, and received my MVP 10 days later to my door:) To me their customer service is amazing and the wait is not so bad. They covered all the extra postage costs and it was my decision to wait.

Yves - I think they have good deals and their CS is not bad. But even so, they should say if something is out of stock. I've bought stuff from other vendors at amazing prices before and when they listed the items they had them in stock - Health Cabin is a good example. If Health Cabin are out of stock they say so and its impossible to order the item on their site. I think Fasttech need to put a system in place like that.
While I appreciate the explanation from you of your experience it doesn't change that they are taking money when things are not even in stock, and that's my point. I'm not impatient - I have been ordering 99% of my vaping supplies from overseas for over a year and I'm aware that things can take time, shipping can get held up etc. I've never made an issue of those things. What I don't like is paying for something a vendor doesn't actually have without them saying they don't have it.

It could be their website isn't connected to their inventory close enough.

A sporting goods store I uses checks stock when you click order. But that is the ONLY website I use that does that.

Thanks but whatever the reason its their responsibility to sort it. The issue I'm getting at here is they should say if they are not in stock. They need to be upfront. Their system is set up to keep taking payments when the goods are not in stock. As I said, Health Cabin not only say something is out of stock - it will show 0 quantity, its also impossible to check out those items.
Just want to add - I'm not trying to put anyone off them. But look carefully - and if you are concerned I'd recommend asking if they actually have what you are ordering in stock.

Link for the Protank, They are in the same packaging as the ones I have bought from another vendor look genuine to me :)

$9.05 Kanger Protank Clearomizer with Pyrex Glass Tank (2.5mL) - silver / 2.4

And it's even Labeled KANGER! I thought they made a statement the other day that they did not sell Knager products?

I hate saying it, but this one is one I will pass on. I liked the Protank for a bit...but not now. ALL my juices taste nasty in a Protank. Put those same juices in my Evod, and they are great! Yesterday, after going a week or so without using the Protank, I decided to try it again...thinking maybe it was just my taste buds before...filled it up with my ADV and I tried, really I did...but after 1/4 of the tank was down, I had to get my perfect juice out of there! Took a syringe and sucked it out and then put it in my Evod...tasted great after that. It's making my juice taste like the inside of a AL. Can or something.

Anyhow...for all you Protank lovers out there..is this a great deal!!!
