Fasttech Kayfun clone - OMG

I just received my order with the kayfun Lite Styled Rebuildable Atomizer https://www.fasttech.com/p/1662504. Ripped out the installed coil and silica, took it apart and cleaned everything. Used Bronze's http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...-vapes/576755-microcoil-pictorial-simple.html and built a 1.9 ohm coil and wicked with cotton yarn. Filled it and popped it on my Vamo and OMG!

Great flavor and clouds! No leaking or gurgling. Vapes like a dream. It's a little heavy but I can get over that.

One question - the clear part is polycarbonate. Can I use this with tank crackers? If not, can I get a glass replacement part?

Have 5 and they work great.
No Tank crackers
Get a Metal window or wait for fasttech to carry the Glass tank in full size. The have the nano, but the tank will drop to 1.8ml.

I received my Kayfun Lite Styled Rebuildable Atomizer (20ml) no. 1733905 this morning. I installed a coil, 1.5 ohm and filled it with my regular pepermint e-juice. Within 1 hour of vaping, I could no longer stand the chemical taste. I drain the unit, clean it and here is what the polycarbonate tank looked like.

It was being disolved, fast ! My pepermint e-juice is made with TPA perpermint only. I send a ticket to Fasttech and now awaiting their response. I think I just learned that pepermint IS a polycarbonate tank killer. I should have read the tank cracker threads with more attention.

Too bad, that 20ml volume is really interesting. This is a 30mm RDA, it looks great and at a great price.

Edit: I just found out Fasttech has the same model with a SS tank. No. 1744005 . I ordered one !

There is a place on the web that has tanks in pyrex for the kayfun clones at least they have them with glass kits.
