It might be his weekend as he's not checked in today.

If the charge is pending then it's likely your order went through..

I just experienced a similar problem. Got a Fasttech glitch during the Paypal payment. I can see the Paypal transaction succeeded, but no order created..

Tried to create a support ticket about it but got an “Oops! Server error..”

I guess that Fasttech is having some technical problems going on.

The glitch was confirmed. The missing order was created immediately and effectively by Fasttech staff. I received a clear e-mail reporting back to me within a few hours. All fine now.

Are you using the Aluminum skin? Scroll down to the bottom of the page, on the left you will see E-CigaretteForum with a paintbrush symbol. I use ECF Dark and can see pics. Aluminum is the updated version that they still support.

It’s an app problem - Tapatalk . Both iOS and android versions can’t show some images.
