So I got my kayfun in 8 days.... Seems pretty random in terms of shipping time but at 2$ I think I will be willing to take the risk

Well I guess with every good there has to be some bad. I had an item that was waiting to be packaged yesterday the 30th, but never got shipped. Now fasttech is on holidays and the item is only shipping the 8th!!! I just left them a not to happy ticket expressing my dissatisfaction with their service! I'm hoping it will be quick shipping time to counteract this issue but I doubt it, I have three items that have been and the "plane from china" (items en route to Canada) for over a week so typical varying times.
Just to make it clear, I'm not complainging about the shipping times, as I knew what I was getting into when I ordered from them, I am complaining about their lack of organization in terms of their shipping.
I'm picturing fasttech employees, on the 30th, in the warehouse with party streamers and hats getting ready for the holiday, while my package sits on the table being covered with silly string. I swear if I see any silly string when that package hits my door I won't be ordering from them again

I ordered something from Fasttech and the 26th is the last date shown on the tracking and that was enroute to Canada, it doesn't show anything after that, should I be worried or is this normal?
Thanks. I am wondering if they sent it by boat. It's been a full week since it left China. Lol what can you do? Any places in Canada to get clones?
Don't worry, I'm on shipment 12 or so now. I have one that has been enroute since the 20th. I've had worst case scenario 15 days in that status and best case was 2 days. So it's not by boat.
I feel like it may be the shipments need to be full to leave so if you order right before it leaves then quick and if you order right after it just left then long... just a theory though!

Ive ordered 100 bucks of stuff,no duty charges,FT quotes a lower price on the package always.
OK, I don't think I'll ever pay the 2$ again!!! I have 4 orders on the way, one has been "en route" for 20 days now!!! The worst part is one of the orders which shipped out 10 days later is being delivered today. You might be wondering why that's bad, well I didn't pay for epacket because it has a battery and on top of that its an order for my brother!
So 3 orders with epacket and one rregular10 days later gets here quicker? It shipped and will arrive before my tracking even changes on my other 3 orders.

I paid the extra $2 also on 3 packages, nothing since the 25th of September. It's bull and drives one crazy. I did another via just registered which was 50 cents more and it has arrived in Canada in 4 business days. I don't get it!
My package was shipped on the 24th still waiting..no battery's and juice..
Funny, my friend ordered on Oct 6th and it just landed in Richmond, BC this morning and he did the $2 e-packet option also. We ordered the same things also, a mec and 2 RBA's.
Wow, well I feel better about not being the only one!! I have a shipment that shipped epacket two days ago so we'll see what happens!

If you look at the main Fasttech thread, shipping is something everyone complains about. If it's in stock, it ships. The problem is not the company, it's because it's coming from China. The way I look at it, is I pay half for what it would cost me here and I don't pay for shipping. In a hurry-order locally-if not it will eventually show up
I think the problem is Canada Post. I've heard that they are terrible for international, haven't had a problem myself till now though!
