Fasttech new shipping option to Canada

How many times have you ordered? I have 12 orders under my belt and I just got one in 7 days had another in 8 days. My problem is not fasttech but Canada Post. I know that the packages get to customs in 1 or 2 days. Customs seems to just have no sense of organization or system of prioritization. These things should have some sense of consistency. If people knew that it was 20-30 days and it was consistent they would be happy. It's the fact that they hold the package, don't change the tracking because then it's not their fault.
They receive the package the 20th but if they only mark it as going through to customs a month later and then mark it processed 24hrs after that then their numbers are good. They can tell the public their average processing time is 24hrs which is a lie.
If a company did this they would be investigated.
I only made one order with the new fast shipping option, else I have 9 orders and 2 still in the mail in my history. It's definitely possible that canada post hold our packages and create more delay, I heard the same thing elsewhere too. I don't really mind, when we order from fasttech we know it's gonna take time.
You know I find everyone who says that are the people who have never had the problem. I know because I used to look at all the posts and say the same thing.

The thing is it has nothing to do with fasttech it is customs. When the order says en route it reaches customs 1-2 days later. Epacket or ems is shipped by air not boat. So when customs clears a package that shipped 2 days prior while another package has been there for almost a month it makes me wonder if there shouldn't be a better process in place.
So my package that shipped on the 19th still hasn't budged, so I broke down and bought a stingray (black on copper) from v-apes with a pair of lg he2 batteries to go with my pair of vtc5s.

I love Fasttech! My last order via E packet took 8 days. Batteries take 3 weeks for me. I buy all my hardware from them. I love it that they email you their new arrivals every day too
I swear I'm not lying, I ordered a Nitecore 4 bay charger with the epacket fast canada shipping option and it took... only 6 days!! That's gotta be a record from fasttech
Me too. Ordered on a Saturday and it arrived the next Friday. Six days!!!! Now that's fast.
