I have receive most items from fasttech within 3 weeks of placing the order. All of my shipments have had tracking numbers except one (it was an order for under $5 and I do not think the provide tracking numbers for those).

The orders where they took longer had either batteries or magnets in them, these take much longer to clear customs and can take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive.

The other thing that will delay your shipment is if the item you ordered did not say "In Stock" in the Stock field below the price. If it said something like "Ships in 7 Days" it is an estimate from the supplier and may not be accurate.

If your item has shipped, if you review your order, there should be a picture of the package there.

I have also called them to check on an order and they do have okay customer service (better then I expected) and I found out that they say their orders arrive within 30 Business days of shipping so up to 6 weeks.

I hope that helps, good luck on your order.

The tiny packages get lost on rowboats.

I started buying from FT this summer and since then have bought 4 mods, a couple of nautilus/aerotank clearo's and some small items like ecig stands etc. All of my packages have been sent with tracking even though i dont recall having had to pay extra for it (it just came with...).
It's slow - count about 15-21 days to western Europe where I Live and from what ive heard it's pretty much the same to the US .

I just want to say that there's no "general prob" with FT, theyre surprisingly a very good co.( to be honest i was expecting alot worse ) Yes, after nearly 30 days it's def abnormal that your package hasnt arrived yet -maybe it's just the usual random Post Office screw-up or theft ? Did you try contacting customer service about it ?They get back to you pretty quickly if you leave a message explaining your problem.Look on your order page under the item in question, there should be a contact/problem tab to get in touch with CS concerning the order.Just keep the wording as simple as possible as they sometimes seem to have probs understanding English....

I just want to say that this isnt habitual to FT and they shouldnt be judged by this bad experience .Hope it eventually shows up and/or you'll give them another try...
They have some great products for 50% less, alot of them are genuine too....

Ive ordered like three things from fast tech without tracking on shipments and its been days over the shipping period. Has anyone else experienced this? If so did you get your package in the end?

I'd always recommend paying the extra $1.50 for upgraded shipping to avoid issues like this. My last packages from FT took 10, 6 and 8 days. The tracking is actually pretty useless as it will often show preparing for shipment and it will show up in your mailbox.

I have only ever had one package with no tracking and yes, I got it in the end, but I think it took about 6 weeks total. It's frustrating for sure.

With FT they are a good company to order from, great prices and decent CS. But there are tricks to ordering from them to get the best experience. I'd recommend visiting the fastech sub-forum right here on ECF FastTech

I think that things somehow get "stuck" somewhere in the delivery process because a while back I had three separate orders that took well over a month to get here.
I had almost given up on them.
As I said it seemed like they all got "stuck" somewhere because even though they were all ordered on different days in separate orders all three magically arrived in my mailbox on the same day

They're from China. You can't blame fast tech directly for slow services. Blame customs and the postal service.
It happens with items from eBay and Amazon as well.
I just look at it as a surprise. You forget about your order then it just shows up. Lol.
They are actually opening a distribution center in Florida. That should make shipping a lot faster.

I've been lucky in that I've been averaging around three weeks for my FT orders. And I've "lost" plenty of expensive stuff just shipping in the US. I had one FT order that went "poof" during the SingPost debacle last year, and it took a while to clear up, but I did finally get my money back.

About two orders ago my package got stateside in six days, and then sat in Chicago for eight days with no shipping updates whatsoever.

Blame USPS!!!

They are sitting on packages. It took days to clear customs and then it just sat there. They shipped it from one location in NYC to another location in NYC and it has sat there for 3 days. Finally they shipped it from NYC to someplace I assume in NJ. I'm in the Norther part of NJ very close to NYC about 10 miles. It has shipped from NYC to NJ for the past 2 days. This is insane slow, and unacceptable that a package can leave a country on the other side of the planet and reach the US in 2 days but takes weeks to move 20 miles.
