What are your experiences with fasttech? I have heard the good and the bad but before myself and any other vaper decides to put our hard earned money into the overseas pockets and not US based companies pockets I would like for you to share the facts of your experience. A lot of us have browsed FastTechs website but never filled the cart, thoughts of " will I get this actual item pictured " & " is it worth waiting weeks if not months for this item or items ". Here is a small list of what I would like to know:

-Estimated shipping time they told you and how long did it actually take to get to you
-Was the item(s) you ordered the exact ones pictured
-Name,quality & performance of the item(s) you ordered
-Would you order again

Some 25 or so orders and never a problem but I also pay attention to what i am buying. I have also been buying PC related junk there for years

Have done orders for both mods and coil heads, told 10 days, shipped and received all my orders within 7 days.

Many orders were great in then past.....probably 12 orders or so.......but now........not so good for me.

I leave them alone now If I can help it. I have a current order from the beginning of October (its just a 22 dollar topper) and its still not arrived. The last order I did was 40 days to delivery. No batteries in either order.

Used to answer emails in the same day...the last one I sent them was 6 day return email.

the one order I placed never got to me,,,,,,,,after 8 weeks, they refunded me via a gift card, so I was forced to order again,,,,,

this time it appears I might get it within the month,,,,,,I see movement on the tracking. A good sign.

I have place 6 orders with them since I began vaping 2 months ago. The first two got caught in the battery shipping mess and were returned to them. They refunded my money immediately, before I knew the orders had been returned, even, to my credit card & not on a GC. The next two have arrived. They were 3 weeks from the FT shipment date to my mailbox in Canada. All orders were correct, and everything was exactly what it was supposed to be. I am waiting on two more orders, and I am confident that they will arrive, or that FT will make it right if they don't. I expected slow delivery - it takes 10 days to get an order from Ontario to me, so 21 from China doesn't seem too bad. The tracking of packages is not good - both have been delivered before there was any sign of tracking from anywhere in North America. I will order again, for things that I don't need quickly. Backups & fun stuff! I am buying cheap knockoffs, and that's what I get - but they have so many cool designs of ego batteries...

I ordered 5 Ego twists and 6 I16s. Everything at about 1/2 price so I was willing to wait.

The shipment showed up in Hong Kong on November 7 and it is STILL shown as being in Hong Kong.

Surprisingly, FastTech isued a FULL refund to my Paypal for this shipment a few days ago !

Yhey never contacted me to say why. At least I don't have any hassle getting my money back.

the reason I got it on a gift card is my fault. I ordered the wrong color Vamo,,,,,,,,,cancelled it immediately and got the immediate gift card they offer you,,,,,,,,THEN I used that to order the right color Vamo,,,,,,,,which never showed up.

since I used a GC to pay for it, they refunded me via GC.

I have received everything I ordered and with the savings I made I purchased a Semovar. Patience has it's own rewards.

The biggest problem with FT imo is shipping. Some of which is in their control and some of which is not.

My orders for several months got to my door on average of 10-14 days from when they said it shipped(not when it was ordered...that depends).

Recently though, they have had a bunch of shipping problems with HK post. They switched their main carrier to singapore post. Which seems very slow. At least much slower than HK post was on average. Whether they have any of the same shipping problems with singapore post is yet to be known.

You do realise the US companies you buy from order their Chinese made goods from the Chinese companies. I prefer to put the price difference in my pocket, you don't get more local than that.

Mine came last week, picked it up from my folks house today when it was redelivered. Vaping like a champ on top of the Semovar hybrid.

I've never had a problem with Ft, but then again I've never ordered anything from FT ......... knew better!

3 orders placed, 1st order, took 55 days to receive (kept pushing back the ship date), 2nd order, took a little over 2 weeks to receive, 3rd order, I never did receive, filed a paypal dispute on the 44th day, once you file a dispute Fasttech completely ignores you and your tickets. Waited for 5 days, escalated it and 10 days later got a full refund thru paypal. Will not use fasttech again.

if I had to choose just one company for all my vaping needs it would definitely be fasttech! love those guys, not the best shippers but I have bought more from them than everywhere else combined

I have done about half a dozen orders in as many months. Shortest time was 10 days longest was 21 days. I had one DOA item which I was refunded for promptly (they even covered shipping it to them in the refund). Some things the quality is better than others. With the exception of the DOA Bolt everything really has been fine.
