13 orders since late July. Less than two weeks for most orders, from when FT say they've shipped. One order (liquids) never left Hong Kong post but I was refunded for it. Lately the shipments take a longer time to arrive, but that appears to be due to the time they're sitting in the post office. Not FT's fault and still around three weeks so I'm quite happy. I have no complaints about their customer service either. Gotten answers to all my tickets, and they promptly sent me a new evod for one I got that was leaking. They actually have better product guarantees than most other vendors (i.e. they have product guarantees). Everything I've ordered has been it's supposed to be. Been happy with my purchases.

I am very satisfied with FT. Probably ordered 50 times from them. I have one order stuck in HK post since 2 Nov with batteries (my fault but I had so many egos and other batteries sail through that I thought I would get away again). Egos aren't the best but for the price I am satisfied. Bolts are great. Evods and Novas also no problems. I ordered the pre-made nr-r-nr wires in 1.8 ohm and they are great. Just ordered 500 more this morning. I've ordered earpbuds, headphones and patch cables from them and every thing worked fine.

Unknown - stuck in limbo. My bad in that I had ordered a few eGo batts and a VMAO

As for my numerous previous orders, no issues whatsoever.

Haters will hate. Waiters (with patience) will wait (a la co-ops). I have no qualms 'bout ordering from FT and will continue to do so!
