I just received a trident v2 from fasttech and while inspecting I noticed the insulator on the 510 connection was damaged. It still keeps the pin away from the wall. Do you think it's still safe to use while a wait for a replacement? Also does anyone have any experience with fasttech tickets and how long it takes to resolve issues with them?
