{MODERATED}

Getting back on topic, fasttech fulfills a purpose. They are inexpensive and yes, they sometimes sell clones. What I like about them though is if they say something is Kanger or Smoktech or Innokin, then it is a genuine product from that manufacturer.

Shipping times range from 6 days to three weeks, but when you view products it states when it will ship - so if you always buy things that say ships within 24hrs, your order will arrive faster.

Good thing with fasttech is you can use paypal, this gives you an additional layer of protection.

I have ordered from fasttech and will do so again when I can't get value from US based vendors.

I have ordered from fast tech.. they are the exact same stuff the vendors sell.. other than the e liquid I have ordered two mini vivi's from them and from a vendor.. the ones from fast tech was actually better and came with better coil heads.. I have ordered the protank from them.. it works so good.. no problems at all with the items I have gotten from them.. the drip tips they want 14.00 at diff vendors are 1.76 and under at fast tech.. same stuff. As for shipping mine was here in 11 days.. you have to factor in their holidays and the wkends too. I am very happy with their products and amount of time it took to get them. as opposed to dhgate.. they suck.. it took 32 days to get my items. but they did work and are still working.. so. I guess it all depends on the time you want to wait.. priceangels is a good one too.,.

Thank you moderator. I don't know what you had to cut out, but glad i didn't have to experience any negative vibes.

Yes thank you moderator. I enjoyed my first contact. Man, I should be more controversial...

Totally agree crxess, I "upgraded" for 49 cents I think it was and got the super, super fast shipping with hard-case protection and upgraded deluxe tracking.
I think I got nothing extra but it felt like I was getting value.

You just have to shop FT. I have gotten a ton of great stuff at a huge discount. I have also gotten some junk that I had to send back. Which was as hassle free as returning anything on-line can be. If you do your research you can get some real prizes.

What's the shipping cost going back to FT as return? I would imagine that would cost big bucks?

I believe you ship the item back to Miami, Florida not all the way back to China. Believe I read that in another thread. Luckily I haven't had to send anything back.

If you get a defective item, depending on the size, either fasttech will ship a replacement in your next order (letting you keep the defective item), give you a refund or store credit, or if the item is "Larger" the staff may ask you to send it to fasttech's florida "base", you dont have to send it back to china. fasttech will refund any shipping expenses.

Just the best customer service ever. :)

The Sentinel clone has less voltage drop then the original from What I read out of all the clones I have it hits the hardest

I went with brass a few people already stripped the 510 threads on the two tones..the threads are aluminum on the two tone

had to tighten up the button out out of the box it was loose ..it will loosen itself over time ..The original did the same thing

the threads are butter smooth ..almost tempted to order another one from fasttech 5 other mechs here keeps me from ordering another

rounding third and heading home...
Personally I would never order from them. Hit or miss if you're getting a clone or a clone of a clone. Clones piss me off. Theft of someone else's hard work and creativity in my opinion.

I prefer spending my money on the true innovators. Costs more for a reason.

not to be too cynical but do you eat kellog's , post , or general mills conflakes? how about coke or pepsi? all free market business is about cloning(in the strict sense of the word)- who makes it better or cheaper-sometimes both. i'll bet you are surrounded by "clone" products in your everyday life, why the rant about e-cig products?

Last order arrived in 6 days using HK Post. One of the item was the x9 clearo which they originally advertised as being pyrex but turned out to be plastic, ended up mailing it to FL and used the credit (including reimbursement for shipping) towards some panny batteries.

Great prices, better warranties, stellar customer service, what else can you ask for?

A few suggestions:

1. Stay away from the non-branded items
2. Do your research and read the reviews both on ECF and FT

I completely agree with this. Stay away from non-branded items. I received one brass mechanical mod that I actually find a bit dangerous. It only had one small vent hole (I drilled out more) and if threaded together too tightly, will actually keep firing. I've decided to just stop using it. My $17 dollar lesson learned!
