Banned from Fasttech??

BUT Feel like sharing ATM....
In short I received a broken tank........ Ok, it's glass life happens long trip for a little glass tube. Took photos and contacted them the day I received it. Was told they were sorry,to ship back to a FL address. So I shipped it and it was delivered after a week I was like UMMM refund/credit/ resend? They refunded me the 1.60 in shipping the broken item back to them...........but not a word or cent on the actual item. It's now two weeks after that, I've sent several messages on the ticket post...a good two months after i purchased.

So I open a PP dispute today. I may be blocked from them too here real soon...

Did you check your gift certificate balance? That's where refunds sometimes end up.

The Paypal thing was a glitch in the system, apparently. FT doesn't seem to be banning anyone for refunds or stuff like that.

I think it was a paypall issue...I got in fine today and ordered my wife's "cigalike" stuff

batteries, atomizer tanks, juice all for less than it costs to buy one from the gas station...now the wait sucks rocks...but hey..."slow boat from China" and all that...plus the Typhoon...and the holiday...uggh..might be some time near Christmas when we see it...fooey
