Fasttech ?

I placed an order from fasttech on Dec. 16th. On the 18th it was marked as picked up for shipment on the site and I was givin a singpost tracking number. When I went to their site to track it it said:Information Received (This is not an acknowledgment of the physical receipt of the stated Registered Article). Their site still says that. So I emailed them and they told me they have no record or this package. Then I tried tracking it with quantum and this is what it says:

CONFIRMED PICK UP REQUEST 18/Dec/2013 14:50:20 HONG KONG PICK UP ARRIVED AT ORIGIN HUB 21/Dec/2013 12:11:55 HONG KONG ITEM PROCESSING AT ORIGIN HUB 21/Dec/2013 14:15:32 HONG KONG ITEM DESPATCHED TO TRANSSHIPMENT HUB 21/Dec/2013 17:58:27 HONG KONG

So it has been despatched for 5 days now with no update. I have also emailed fasttech today but havent got a reply yet. Have any of you that ordered from fasttech ever had this problem or should i start worrying that my package was lost? How long should it take for the package to reach the east coast of U.S.?

If your package is shipped by USPS singpost then its gonna be about a month or so. I believe that is the general consensus among the people who use fasttech

The problem is with singpost tracking. I've had the same experience. It still says the same thing " information received...... blah blah blah" on the day I signed for the package.

Typically, I would expect 1 to 4 weeks after fasttech sends the package out before you receive it.

yea I used the free USPS First Class. Is there a better one that I should have choose ?

have patience it will get to you in 1-4 weeks... when fasttech uses singapore post, it waits there until there is enuf to fill the shipping crate, then it goes out. But when FT uses hongkong post, it is about 1-2weeks delivery time...

Yep, my first order was placed 11/22, shipped 11/23 to Singapore and it took about a week to get there. Then another 3 weeks to get to the US. Once it got here, only about 3 days. I think I received my order on 12/16. I knew what to expect even though it was hard waiting. I've read that if you select China post e-packet it is faster, so the order I placed on Friday I selected that option. I had a backorder on an item so the order was scheduled to ship today. We'll see if it's any faster via China Post.

I've been waiting on a non-vaping item (cell phone battery) that was shipping from Singpost. Tracking is useless. It's been a month, I'll just be happy if I ever get it.

thats about normal every time i order from fast(slow)tech its a given it will be 1-1.5 months till i get it especially around holidays
