Ordered 9/8, tracking shows "acceptance" in Hong Kong on 9/11. That's it. Nothing further. I submitted a ticket with fasttech, asking for more information, two days ago. No reply. My order does not contain lithium batteries or juices. Just two eGos, a USB charger, a lanyard, and a pack of T2s. The worst part is that the order is for my mother, who received her juices two weeks ago and has been eagerly waiting to put down the analogs and start vaping. At least the juices should be sufficiently steeped by the time she gets her gear. They're MBV juices, so I don't think it was all that necessary, though.

It's the Hong Kong P.O., not FT. FT received my order on 3 Sept, told me it was "shipped" on 4 Sept. There is a black hole in the time warp after that, or somebody ate their homework or something. Then I got to be patient, until this morning.

Just for chuckles, the Protank II coils from WI cost less than the ones on order from China!

PS- The ones from WI are Kanger. The more expensive ones from FastTech are clones.

check mine out.

I ordered and payed full amount on August 23rd 2013.
I didnt get a tracking number until September 5th 2013.
Sat in HK Until September 20th 2013.
I just got an update today (September 21st 2013) its in San Francisco

I really didnt believe it when i was seeing post that americans that live in central America are receiving packages from FastTech within 7-10 business days. I know USPS works on Saturdays, but does it count as a business day?

what really grinds my teeth is the fact i have two shipments coming to me. This was ordered, two weeks later, accepted by hong kong postal service, then two weeks and three days later, has just shipped out to USA. I really had to wait that long? my second shipment was accepted by September 11th 2013. It is still now sitting in Hong Kong still. Now i wonder how long it will take to get to me. Makes me even more crazy seeing people in central America receiving their package within 7-10 day radius.

i live in Las Vegas NV btw, and now what bothers me the most, is knowing it has now accepted by customs, what will happen now? how much longer do i have to wait? people are telling me, 2-3 business days, well i hope that includes weekends, because if it was accepted in today (saturday) then all in total im waiting 4-5days.

Sucks for them, i was going to really go to the vapefest happening around here and promote fasttech. but now... otherwise.. sigh

I don't think y'all know what waiting is. Try ordering a single box of cheap target 9mm ammo from here in the states. You wait 6 months and still don't see any signs of getting it. So if I have to wait 14-30 days for something I want, I'm good. If I want it in a hurry I'll either go to my local store and pay for their overhead, or order it for a vape site here in the states and get it within a couple of days. But then again I'll pay a little extra.
Like I said in another post..."you pay for speed".

I'm sure Fastech gets your order out as fast as they can. It's having to deal with international shipping, customs, foreign bureaucracy, their national holidays, and severe weather conditions in their part of the world that slows your shipment down. But try writing the chinese government and venting your displeasure to them....LOL.

This is the first im hearing of the battery issue. Fast tech must be aware of this because they sent me an email saying they shipped my order in two separate packages. That makes me happy im eagerly awaiting a whole bunch of rba's and other things. I also had my order held up because one item was out of stock. They told me they would separate that order as well. Im actually waiting on two orders now and wish I would've seen this thread earlier. Im a very patient dude so I don't mind the wait. My $200 order wouldve retailed for way more in the states.

Its all over the fasttech forums, it doesn't matter if there are batteries in your order or not. HK post is screening all packages for this stuff, so delays all around.

My order does not contain lithium batteries or juices. Just two eGos

hate to have to be the one to tell you this...

And add this to the existing troubles:
Hong Kong braced for 'strongest storm on earth'... :(

Does look sweet, and heading right for Hong Kong...

Seeing that fasttech mails a scan of your parcel/envelope/box/whatever, and seeing the shape they're in upon arrival; I suspect that some courier or mail services got deals going - like leasing the parcels to armed services for target practice...

Lithium batteries are an ongoing issue with international shipping. UPS-freighter plane crashing near Dubai, Asiana-freighter plane crashing into the sea near Jaeju Island ... both accidents have been attributed to lithium batteries cooking off and causing a fire, so authorites do get a bit jumpy every now and then...

Ok, smart alec...
According to FastTech and other sources I've found concerning customs problems with Hong Kong Post, contained batteries (like eGos) aren't the "batteries" that they're having an issue with. It's e-juice and the loose, replaceable lithium batteries that can be considered volatile while in transit if they aren't properly protected. So, my eGos wouldn't get rejected by customs. I understand it's creating a backup of ALL HK post packages, but FastTech has said they're using different methods for shipping to avoid such delays. Since my package only shows it's been "accepted," I have no way of knowing if they used a different carrier, or if it's waiting in line to be x-rayed.

I ordered my stuff on the 30th I believe and had to wait until the 10th for FT to ship it because of the trident I ordered being out of stock I believe... So I got caught up in the whole battery ordeal.
Not counting the days I had to wait for my trident, It will be here most likely monday which all together will be 13 days from when it was shipped from fasttech. That is what I kinda expected and wasn't really a long wait aside from the trident thing...

Included in my order was a Vamo V3 5-in-1 Variable Voltage Mod / E-Cigarette Battery Compartment Kit. So it indeed did have batteries and it shipped. So I know at least SOME are getting through. I wouldn't throw fire at FT just yet, they can only do so much with what they are given. Give it time and have some patience. You might just get it sooner than you think ;)

I'm waiting on some Fasttech packages too, but I think we just have to accept it may well be a month or more before they come. Some people are getting them a lot faster, but you can't count on it. Oh well, it's not the end of the world. I would never order anything from China that I had to have quick.

On the other hand, I ordered some juice from Georgia 14 days ago and it still says expected delivery 3-7 business days. So it might not arrive until a good 23 days have passed. That's a bit frustrating, and not something I expected so I actually kind of do need it (having a hard time fully quitting analogue without a good ADV). I finally ordered from someone more local on Thursday so I hope to at least see that shipment on Monday/Tuesday.
