I ordered Wed 8pm USA time. Just checked tracking and it says accetance July 25th China. So it must be one its way, maybe get it in 7-10 days, is that right?
I decided to buy from the usa , i will give litle more money for shiping but in 7 days i got my package, never get late.
I had good luck with them. Got my order 8 days after placing it. No issues what so ever.
As others have said, it's hit or miss. I have placed quite a few orders with FT. Some large, some small. The best advice I can give you is to do your research before you order. Read other peoples reviews of the item you're interested in. Look at the pictures closely. FT does a good job with clear and detailed pictures of each item.
For example: If you're buying an RDA look at all the parts in all the pics. Does it look like the right type of atomizer for your building skills? Do the posts look easy to work with? Do you want airflow control? Do you prefer single coil, dual coil? Is the 510 connector adjustable? Review all of the features and reviews. Then make your decision.
Shipping Times:
I have never waited more than two weeks for an order to be delivered.
Quality:
Most items I received have been of decent or very good quality. A few items arrived damaged. Several items were defective. An RMA was issued for me to return those items.
Customer Service:
Average of 24 hour response time.
Security:
I have never had a problem with my credit card or email being hacked. But if you're concerned about it you can use PayPal to protect your cc information. I believe you must use PayPal if you're ordering nicotine juice because they do not accept credit cards for anything that contains nicotine.
Returns:
If you want to return an item for any reason (broken, defective), you are required to include images of the item in question along with your RMA request. Returns from U.S. customers are sent to their Miami warehouse.
Refunds:
I am currently in the process of returning some defective items and I am told the refund will be issued as soon as the package is received in Miami.
Overall, FT can be an inexpensive way to add to your collection of vaping gear. Just do your research. Make sure you know what you're buying and try not to be an early adopter of a new item. Wait for some positive reviews on an item before you click the "Buy" button. With a bit of luck, you'll end up with some pretty cool gear at a substantial savings.

I feel as if fasttech gets a bad rep around here, anyone have great experiences?
They are trustable in the sense that they won't be hacking your accounts or steeling money. Not so much in the sense that you will likely get a high quality product. I suggest buying from the US. Faster shipping, better customer service, and can still be affordable if you look around!
I can't say I've had a great experience but I do feel like I've done well with FT. Yes, some do complain about them. But most of us understand that it's not so bad dealing with some of the quirks when you consider some of the great deals you can find on vaping equipment and accessories. They're not always the cheapest. Once in a while you can find a similar product from a U.S. vendor at a comparable price, but not very often.
It seems the two biggest complaints are about delivery times and hit or miss quality. Personally, I don't think an average of two weeks is terrible considering that it's coming from the other side of the world and it still has to pass through Customs. As for hit or miss quality....... As I said earlier, just do your research, read reviews and do not be an early adopter. This should prevent any major buying mistakes.
But no matter what, some folks will always feel like it's just taking too long........
