Briefly describe your problem or issueOn April 4th 2014 I placed an order for a set of switch magnets for a sentinel M16 mechanical mod via the vendors website at fatdaddyvapes.com. I paid via paypal. The site description clearly states the magnets fit all m16 models and clones. My m16 is a fasttech clone, full brass model. I recieved the magnets on April 8th. The magnet for the switch post itself fit fine. However the magnet that is intended internally for the button did not fit. The inner diameter of the magnet was too small. I immediately emailed the vendor and he replied asking for a picture. I didnt see the point of taking a picture of something that didnt fit... he just wanted a picture of the magnet?? Cause I clearly couldnt take a pic of it not fitting in the mod itself.
Anyways, I wrote back saying I was willing to take the picture but in the process of trying to fit the magnet inside it broke in three pieces. I then tried to glue the pieces in place but that didnt work. All I was seeking was for the vendor to make it right and send out a correct fitting magnet and/or get to the bottom of how we could solve the issue.
I have sent four emails since then trying to reach this business and every single one has been ignored. I have been polite but firm in requesting a replacement or at least some communication on what they could/could not to to help their customer (me) solve the problem they created by sending the wrong magnet in the first place.
My entire purchase was under $11 with shipping but frankly I do not expect to be ignored as a customer even if I only spend $1. Its not right.
I will exhaust every effort to allow this vendor to make it right by me but I dont have much hope for that. We shall see. I just believe its important to let the vaping community know that this is how this vendor chooses to handle his business. In two years of vaping Ive never had a vendor ignore and fail to fix it when THEY send the wrong product.
