Has anybody had any problems ith usasmokingright.com I bought my Joye starter kit there for around $60 I have already ahd to send a baterry back after 3 days of using it. When I got my kit and used the USB charger the light was green and stayed green. The instruction manual said it should be red and then turn green when it's charged/ I called them and they said oh thats okay it won't make a difference. Now 10 days later my charger doesn't work at all. Is this company selling faullty eqip or is it my bad luck. So do I tell them now my charger does'nt work??

Just reading their return policy is making question the company. If you return within 14 days you pay a 25% restocking fee.

I'd be half tempted to do that even if you're losing money. It's pretty clear they aren't going to stand behind the product. I definitely wouldn't throw more money at this pv.

Sorry your having problems. Maybe someone who has purchased from this company will be able to help. BTW, how did you find this company?

I'm sorry you're having problems with your kit. It's hard enough to start vaping without the issues of worring about equipment that doesn't work.

Definitely contact them about your charger. You need that! But I seriously wouldn't buy a lot of extra equipment for this pv from them.

If it's an honest to goodness Joye, you should be able to buy parts for it anywhere. So if you want to continue with the Joye 510 (which is a good pv), I'd get an extra couple batteries or a pcc elsewhere. Somewhere that will back up their products.
Liberty Flight has a 6 month warranty on their Joye ego batteries. Not sure about the 510. I had a problem with my battery and contacted them and they sent me a new one immediately with a prepaid envelope to send the bad one back.

You might want to pick up an extra 510 kit for about $20.00 . Use ECF10 for the discount code.
myPVshop Electronic Cigarettes - The Joye510 Electronic Cigarette

That way you'll have 4 batteries, two chargers in case something happens to your charger you'll have a backup. This isn't a Joye brand and it does have a 5 second cutoff. But you won't get stuck waiting around for parts.

Here's his thread for contests

If you get the ego kit it comes with an 1100 mah battery that will last you all day.

between here and there
I'd go along with what Swedishfish says...she is right...Get a new charger from this company and don't order anything else from them...
look at the companies that sf listed....or buy from one of the companies that ecf monitors and are registered here at ecf...
