Not only has Rep. Stearns used PVs to stop smoking, but he is a champion of the method on the hill, including purchasing e-Cigs for both John Boehner (R-OH), the minority leader (and a heavy smoker) and President Obama (who is attempting to quit/nicorette gum as the last known method).
