The IBTankd are "just" paint. Pretty professionally done, I might add. A clear protected coating is applied over the painted surface.
The two painted tanks that I own; one is nearly completely opaque (the Carnival tank) and another is just slightly opaque or "frosted" with an orange or yellow color which easily allows you to see the juice level.
If you are looking for actual colored glass, you'll need to seek out another tank manufacturer such as Phiniac.
