Favorite Drink & Vapor Combos

Well, it's been pretty hot here in New England, so I've been drinking a lot of iced coffee lately. Just the other day I noticed that a tall glass of iced coffee with cream and sugar tastes insanely good when paired with Highbrow's Dark Chocolate Mint.

YUM!

So, anyway, this happy combo started me wondering what other flavor pairs might be particularly successful. What, for instance is best with hot tea? Red wine? White wine? Beer?

I'm very curious as to what people like.

As Kemosabe turned me on to, Halo's Belgian Cocoa is phenomenal with a good stout or porter brew.

I bet mint would go well with a tea as well.

Hmmm . . . Cocoa and stout . . . that's a very interesting idea. I would never have thought of it myself, but, upon mature consideration, it sounds positively brilliant.

I second this opinion! I haven't tried another chocolate that even comes close to this one.
