I still pair the same way I did when I still used a lighter.
A smoky Latakia or fire-cured Burley cigar style e-liquid with my Russian Imperial Stouts such as Stone IRS or Oskar Blues Ten-Fidy... the smokiness really melds nicely with the roastiness and sweetness of the beer. A Bourbon Dipped or Cognac Infused cigar style e-liquid and a Bourbon Barrel aged stout are practically made for each other.
Perique blends, either pipe or cigar, with Belgian Ales from the golden up to a nice quad like Saint Bernardus ABT12. The tart-funkiness of the Perique plays well with the fruity esters, also pairs well with a nice, peppery Farmhouse Saison or the citric profile of a Belgian Wit.
With Strong-Dark Belgian Ales such as Chimay Grand Reserve or Rochefort 10, the door was wide open. It seemed to me that nearly any herbal/dipped cigar or Cavendish pipe was the right choice... very compatible style ale with the Dark fruit background and high alcohol.
Pale Ales/IPA's it's the cig-style juices such as NETcom's Big Spirit or NS Dark. Just like the old days!

But the Bright Virginia's and Flue cured Burleys pair wonderfully as well.
Coffee is usually paired with the cig-style as well, although a good Black Cavendish Pipe blend does great too... and I cannot forget NicoTicket's H1N1 either! Vaped with coffee is phenomenal. I'm not much of a dessert/bakery type guy in general anyhow so I don't have any such juices, I am more of a buttered hard roll or bagel guy with my coffee.
Of course, water, and plenty of it goes with all vapes.
