15%. It's a high VG flavoring. If you mix it at 15% and just add nic and VG, the final ratio comes out in the neighborhood of 95% VG.

I've been looking for a blue jolly rancher type flavor with that sort of sour note it has to it.
Is the osdiy blue raspberry slushy the one?

Pomegranate is the secret to make a blue jolly rancher. I personally don't care for that type of blue raspberry flavor, but that will do it

INW Gold Ducat. Best pipe tobacco flavor I've found yet.
OSDIY Blue Raspberry Slushy is a close 2nd.

I haven't tried an Inawera tobacco that I don't like yet except the Garuda TA. And I'm sure it will mix well to enhance tobacco notes in other mixes. It's not good stand alone though.

It's really good and different.
It's hard to describe the flavor..
It's sweet but not overly sweet and has a underlying smokeyness completely opposite of ashy smoke ..more like a cured smoke of sweetness and full bodied awesome. It's good man and a little goes a long way. 3% is what I use.

Space Jam Eclipse...once you have added just a bit of tobacco flavour to it. Also to my mind it's brilliant with a touch of menthol too.

Rustica tobacco absolute has to be at the top of my list for this year, but I've been lucky enough to find several tobacco flavors that I love. It's been a good year for me with the Inawera, Hangsen, and SC tobacco flavors that I've tried.
