Tasty vapor good stuff you could then sell smaller sizes than he does.

I have not tried them yet. I want to but missed the last sale. I am very picky, usually don't like 98% of the juices I buy so I need to wait for sales and samples.

I just saw ElixirLiquid is discontinuing their Vanilla Custard - Best Vanilla Custard I ever had, don't figure.

Tasty Vapor is good, of course.

But for smaller, lesser known vendors local to me (in Texas) check out Vaporescence. Their mix-master James makes some really great liquids. You could also try Totally Twisted Texas E-Liquids. They have some really, really good flavors. Of course, I have no clue if they're interested in wholesale.

I'm particularly smitten with UltraPure from Innovapor, but that's really just one flavor (two if you count Menthol). And 8 months later I still can't define it...
