Got this juice from from local vendor and was intrigued by this FDA icon on bottle and box juice is from China and can't find any info on maker. Is China just putting FDA on to deceive? Has any one else seen this on their juice bottles

Please don't report it to the FDA. All we need is the FDA to issue a report about fraudulent labeling. You can be sure the report will lump together all liquids not just one brand. Just tell the shop you won't spend money there until they remove the juice and share that with others in your local community.
Report it to the FDA.
They take this stuff very serious!

Contact consumer affairs and ask them what should be done about fraudulent labeling. Either consumer affairs or your state attorney general can do something about it. Also if you know the DBA of the business you should be able to pull up more info from dun and bradstreet or a county records search online. Every business has to be registered and licensed in each county where it operates.
