I'm a little confused about this, who are these companies making these claims? I've been to a ton of ecig websites and have never seen such. Therefore, it seems to me that the FDA is finding needles in the haystack.

The companies they cited... are the more dubious ones... Johnson Creek being the exception. However their claims against JC seem to be with the customer testimonials and one or two statements made by Johnson Creek.

We need to see how this shakes out. There is a main discussion thread for this under the general section. I would suggest everyone read that.
