FDA requests comments on Swedish Match’s MRTP application for 10 General Snus products, comments accepted until February 23, 2015, but requests comments by November 24, 2014 for consideration before MRTP application is sent to TPSAC.
Swedish Match North America MRTP Applications

All vapers and supporters of other smokefree alternatives for smokers are urged to submit comments not only supporting Swedish Match's MRTP application, but also urging the FDA to change all three false and misleading fear mongering warnings that are still required on all smokeless tobacco products (as SM's MRTP application only requested FDA to correct those warnings for SM's General Snus products, which comprise <5% of smokeless tobacco products sold in the US).

Interestingly, since Judge Richard Leon recently ruled (in a lawsuit filed by Lorillard and other cigarette companies) that three members of FDA's TPSAC (including TPSAC chair Jonathan Samet) had financial conflicts of interest, and ordered FDA to reform its TPSAC, I suspect that FDA will appoint a new TPSAC chair before it sends Swedish Match's MRTP application to TPSAC.
