A very good feedback for Robert:
He accidentally did not send me a Reo Grand, I had two in order and received only one,He sent me the missing piece without a lot of questions.
I got confidence and I am grateful for this, other vendors make a lot of questions for items of less value

In the last two months I have bought several REO (seven) and I am happy to receive the right treatment, should be normal, but it is not ;)

seems pretty normal here, at least with Rob. Hes a standup guy and wants to make sure his customers are happy. as long as you are not trying to shaft anyone, he goes above and beyond imo. Thanks Rob, keep up the stellar mod shuckin and great CS. besides attys and batties ill never shop anywhere else for mods :)

I assure you, that I bought from all over the world, and spent several thousand euros ( :( ), courtesy of Robert is rare, at least in my experience

Thats why he has some of the loyalest customers you will find. I know I'm not alone when I say that I get ...... when I hear folks bad-mouth him or his mods. Very rare, but I have heard it a few times. The posts I made in response were the same quick tempered responses you'd get from me if you said those things about a family member. :2cool:

I could not have said it better Mike! It would be very dangerous for anyone to say anything bad about him around me. Rob is family, not a doubt in my mind!!!

As much as we don't want to believe it, Rob is human. Humans are capable of making mistakes. There was an error one time with an order of mine. I ordered a Grand and a Mini, both the same color. When I received the shipment, there were two Grands. I notified Rob, and he told me I could just keep them. Ordering mods, hardware, juice like we all do, the odds are mistakes will happen. What makes a great vendor, is how they deal with the mistakes when they happen. Rob is tops in my book.

I can't say much about the man but the product has changed how I feel about vaping. anyone that puts out a quality product like this has to be a man of integrity though. I bought some new chords from a music store and 1 hr into rehearsals had to unplug them because I was getting intermittent signals. we'll see how the store I spend thousands at handles that one, bet not as good as I read here ;)
