Feedback on recent order

I have to say my recent experience with intellicig has been extremely poor. The order arrived but was sent wrong flavours/strength emailed and left messages finally spoke with agent was sent further wrong items have left messages and emailed - no response. Since the company has got bigger customer care and quality control is lacking and I'm left without the goods I'd ordered and paid for !

Ok everything is sorted now and I would like to say a big thank you to both John and faythe for sorting it out for me.

My faith in the company has been restored which is quite handy as Ecopure is the best e-liquid I have come accross so search for another liquid was quite a daunting task.

So once again thank you both for your efforts and your generosity.
